This special version with 0.5mm blue coloured dampening sponge reduces the speed and improves control. The blue sponge enables to produce short blocking, even when used with faster blades. Chop-blocking against topspin will produce a low bounce, making life difficult for the opponent and even provoking direct mistakes.  Please note that the versions without sponge (OX) and with normal sponge (0,6/1,0/1,3mm) are more disruptive, since they produce a lower bounce than the dampening sponge. Active shots are possible but naturally slower than with normal sponge, or without sponge (OX).
